Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Guarantee: Under UK law, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. We offer a strict delivery timeframe. If your order does not arrive within 45 days from the date of dispatch, you are entitled to a full, no-questions-asked refund for non-delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

You exercise your 30-day right to reject a faulty or misdescribed item.
You successfully return a standard item within your statutory cooling-off period in its original condition.

How Refunds Are Processed: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or approve your claim for a non-delivery/damaged item), we will notify you immediately. By UK law, refunds must be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original method of payment (please note that your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to clear the funds into your account).
